
The Shine Galp initiative seeks to promote excellent service provided to our customers, on a continuous and sustained basis, in the Filling Station Network. We want to ensure that the quality of our service is recognized by our customers as unique in the market.
We intend to consolidate an excellent standard of service, conveying to our customers the pleasure of serving well. With this initiative, we want to share the energy of a dynamic, innovative, solid and trustworthy Galp, focused on people and aware of their environmental and social responsibilities, thus reinforcing the image of the Galp brand.
Shine Galp's actions are divided into two aspects:
1. Continuous training;
2. Evaluation of the quality of service at the store and on the roads, the condition of the facilities, and the level of hygiene and safety of all filling stations of the network, rewarding the stations with the best quarterly results.
