Personal Card
- Non-transferable, associated with the user's name;
- Exclusivity and freedom in the attribution of benefits to employees;
- Additional safety when associated with a TAG*, guaranteeing the physical presence of the vehicle during refuelling.
Business Card
- Associated with the name of the company;
- Possibility of identifying the driver when refuelling, by introducing an additional identification code.
Vehicle Card
- Associated with an enrolment;
- Kilometre control (km) and driver code;
- Additional safety when associated with a TAG*, guaranteeing the physical presence of the vehicle during refuelling.
Attached to the windshield of each vehicle, it acts as an additional safety element in the vehicle to be filled
The first validation is performed, in which the PIN is requested after reading the physical card or the QR Code generated by the app.
A second validation is made by reading the TAG associated with the card: the supplier brings the Frota terminal closer to the TAG attached to the vehicle's windshield, to ensure that it is the correct vehicle.
The digital platforms – the Frotas Galp portal and app – allow you to configure the control over the use of Galp Frota cards at any time. It is possible to define the usage limits online, request the replacement or issuance of new cards, parameterise ceilings, or cancel active cards.
The Frota solution allows you to have online access to all supply details by obtaining management reports with various levels of information: online billing, detailed account statements, card, vehicle, product or filling station transactions, giving convenient and remote control of your entire fleet.

What is the Galp Frota service?
The Galp Frota service is intended for companies, enabling the fuel management of their vehicles in a safe, comfortable and effective manner. Galp Frota is an integrated solution that provides the card but also a digital App and a Portal that allows the Fleet Manager to control and segregate costs, autonomy and speed in parameterising the ceilings of their vehicles, exempts users from transporting the money necessary for supplies, and guarantees effective control of the quantities actually supplied.

What type of parameterisations are possible with Galp Frota?
There is a very wide range of settings that can be defined by your Fleet Manager.
You can define the type of card most appropriate to the profile of your employees, define a maximum amount per transaction for each of your cards (daily or monthly), define the ceiling for each card (daily or monthly), define whether you want the driver's identification to be entered, whether you want to enter kilometres in each supply, and whether you want the card to be associated with a Tag.
Is there a digital Galp Frota card?
Yes, in addition to the physical card, a dematerialised card is available in the digital app that can be used to carry out transactions at the Offices. If you forget the physical card, you can pay using the digital card installed on your smartphone in a convenient and secure way.
